📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement performance improvement plans for open-pit mining processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with operational targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to mining personnel.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in open-pit mining.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in open-pit mining operations.
• Proven experience with mining software such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations relevant to mining operations.
• Certification in mining safety and environmental management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
