📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP.
• Issue invoices, credit notes, and receipts, and ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and negotiate payment terms when necessary.
• Prepare and analyze monthly accounts receivable reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable with bank statements and other financial documents.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to billing and payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using SAP for financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
