📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct individual and group psychological assessments to identify and address students' emotional, behavioral, and cognitive needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive psychological interventions and educational plans for students.
• Provide counseling services to students, families, and educators to promote emotional well-being and academic success.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to student support.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve positive outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed School Psychologist with a valid certification from the Indonesian Psychological Association (IAP).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school psychology setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques, including the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC), the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales (VABS), and the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL).
• Experience in developing and implementing psychological interventions and educational plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and educators.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
