📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts for all store locations in Jakarta Selatan.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records using SAP or Oracle Inventory Management.
• Update asset records and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Collaborate with store managers and maintenance teams to address asset-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with FamilyMart's inventory policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
• Generate reports on inventory accuracy and trends for management review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Proven experience using SAP or Oracle Inventory Management software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
