📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations in mining sites.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Utilize SAP and Oracle for logistics management and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the mining industry.
Proven experience with SAP and Oracle for logistics management.
Strong knowledge of logistics principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
