As a Fiber Optic Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team of experts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, install and maintain fiber optic equipment, and provide training to our clients on the proper use and maintenance of our systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to clients and ensure the smooth operation of fiber optic networks
• Install, configure, and maintain fiber optic equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and outages
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of fiber optic infrastructure
• Provide training and technical guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of fiber optic systems
• Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in fiber optic technology and industry best practices
• Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fiber optic technical support or a similar role
• Certification in fiber optic technology, such as Fiber Optic Technician (FOT) or Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT)
• Proven experience with fiber optic equipment and systems, including fiber optic test equipment, OTDR, and OTDR software
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as OptiView, FiberManager, and FiberCalc
