• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems.
• Manage and optimize cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT environment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that support business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network operations.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience with VMware, Cisco networking equipment, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
