📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse systems and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing inventory, staff, and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
