Identify and evaluate potential sites for our projects.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess feasibility and potential.,Negotiate with landowners and stakeholders to secure sites.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities.,Maintain and update the site acquisition database.,Assist in the development and implementation of site acquisition strategies.,Provide support to the Site Acquisition Manager in achieving targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of real estate market and trends in the region.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to land acquisition.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
