📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation by implementing and monitoring food safety protocols.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and social media engagement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Monitor restaurant performance against key metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff turnover, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Represent the restaurant at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using restaurant management software and other relevant technology tools.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
