Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
