📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills and qualifications required for each position.,Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to reach a wide audience.,Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates.,Negotiate job offers and onboarding details with selected candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
