🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Proficient in using operational management software and tools,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
