You will work closely with our team of engineers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that materials are available when and where they are needed, and that our inventory is accurately tracked and managed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for on-site operations.
• Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that materials are available when and where they are needed.
• Accurately track and manage inventory using software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure that all materials are properly stored, labeled, and maintained in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, usage, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Participate in safety inspections and audits to ensure that all materials and equipment are in compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on the proper use and maintenance of materials and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and inventory management, with a strong background in procurement and supplier management.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for on-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of engineers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the construction and engineering industries.
