📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of waitresses to ensure they meet service standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.,Oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Train and develop new waitresses to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waitress or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
