📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and conflicts,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience with HRIS and other HR software,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends
