In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
