Indonesia Rubber is looking for a motivated Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and support the finance team in various accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.,Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Maintain and update accounting records and systems.,Provide support to the finance manager in ad-hoc projects and tasks.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance (preferred but not required).
