As the Principal of Ichthus School, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the school, including curriculum development, student discipline, and staff management. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure that our students receive the best possible education. With your leadership, we aim to create a school community that is both academically rigorous and spiritually enriching.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive school curriculum that aligns with national and international standards.
• Oversee the academic performance of students and ensure they meet or exceed educational goals.
• Manage and mentor teaching staff to enhance their professional development and performance.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, and the broader community.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and policies.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and spiritually enriching environment for all students.
• Lead school-wide initiatives to foster student well-being and holistic development.
• Represent the school in various educational forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Strong knowledge of national and international educational standards and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teaching staff effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Firm understanding of and commitment to Christian values and principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
