📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of internal audit activities.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and actions taken.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
