• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 couriers and support staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor and optimize delivery routes using GPS tracking and route optimization software.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes and implement new technologies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
