One Star Nusantara is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Denpasar. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
