📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.,Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
