Cipta Bumi Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
