📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all engineering systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other critical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and manage the maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of villa properties.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Provide technical support to villa staff and guests as needed.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and property upkeep.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering coordination or facility management.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance operations for luxury properties.
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems and maintenance protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
