Hokian Sari Fashion is seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team in Sunter, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our department and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including manufacturing, quality control, and inventory management.,Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and recognition for their contributions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and technologies as appropriate.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on departmental performance and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion or manufacturing industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.,A strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance processes.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, fashion design, or manufacturing.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
