📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menus.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent.
