NEXA Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Manado. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of our retail business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and attractive environment.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and handling refunds.,Monitor store sales and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for display.,Perform other related tasks as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
