📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Analyze financial data to provide strategic advice and support decision-making.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Train and mentor junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
