📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance activities of our properties, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning optimally.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of maintenance systems and equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance services.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure high standards of work.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to property managers and other staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a property or industrial setting.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance systems and equipment.,Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
