📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Manage the company's tax obligations, including preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and national tax laws.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and accounting standards, and provide guidance to the finance team on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within accounting or finance, with a strong background in tax compliance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of textile industry accounting and financial management is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
