As an Electronic Business Relations Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, working closely with our fintech team to develop and implement strategies that connect our financial products with Bali's diverse digital ecosystem. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our network of digital partners, including e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and fintech startups. You'll engage in negotiations, develop collaborative agreements, and ensure that our services are optimally positioned to meet the evolving needs of Bali's digital market. With a competitive salary ranging from Rp 8,000,000 to Rp 12,000,000 per month, this is your chance to make a significant impact in the world of digital finance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to expand our digital financial services across Bali's markets.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and fintech startups.
• Negotiate and manage collaborative agreements to ensure seamless integration of our services.
• Leverage fintech tools and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce to enhance our digital offerings.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and improve our service offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our digital partners and clients.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our digital financial services and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our digital initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business relations, digital finance, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of fintech tools and platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in digital finance or business relations is a plus.
