As a Blood Bank Nurse, you will work closely with our medical team to collect, process, and store blood products, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. You will also play a crucial role in patient care, preparing and administering blood transfusions, and providing education to patients and families about blood donation and transfusion safety.

- Collect, process, and store blood products according to strict quality standards.
- Prepare and administer blood transfusions to patients in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine tests and quality control checks on blood products.
- Provide education to patients and families about blood donation and transfusion safety.
- Monitor and maintain blood bank inventory and supply levels.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the blood bank.
- Document all blood bank activities and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a blood bank or clinical laboratory setting.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (SIPP) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using blood bank software such as BloodBank Manager or similar.
- Strong knowledge of blood banking procedures and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
